Full Warranty for used products
All products sold through AddToCart Service are entitled to 30 to 90 days full warranty, this warranty is valid and starts as of the day you receive your product, this is a full warranty meaning it includes all parts of the unit including, in event of experiencing any problem customers can contact us at: contact@addtocart-service.com
International Warranty
AddToCart Service Warranty still covers items on international
orders however customers will be responsible for all
shipping cost related to warranty replacement or repairs.
International customers may like to pay closer attention to
remaining manufactures warranty, type and coverage.
Methods of payment for international customers:
Bank to bank money transfer:
international customers can order any item by transferring funds in GBP/EUR/US$ to the our company treasurer Account, customers can finish ordering online (press buy now button, enter shipping region, enter shipping address) and our sales department will email you the invoice with our bank info, the item on your order will be reserved up to 72h until the receive of bank transfer is confirmed, once confirmation is received we will contact you via email with the date and time of delivery.
International Shipping and duties:
All international Sales are final and no shipment can be refused at the point of delivery, customers will be responsible for any duties that may apply at the point of entrance, customers may like to inquire on their countries custom and duty rate before ordering.
Exceptions:
Due to Security measures we can not accept any orders from African Countries (Nigeria, Ghana ..Etc.)
All sales through this site/Company are not final (refunds available), Returned orders for refund are accepted with in 30 days from the delivery date.
AddToCart Service stand behind every product Sold. If we have made an error, we will correct it. All products are covered under a warranty, which is detailed above.
Contact us within two days of receipt of order for the following:
- Product not as advertised
- Wrong quantity shipped
- Wrong item shipped
- Freight damage
